All units have living room, dining area, full kitchen, and bathroom. All cottages have a screen porch; other units have balconies overlooking Otter Pond.
We provide sheets and towels (but not beach towels), pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Kitchens have a refrigerator, stove with oven, also a microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. All units have TV and VCR or DVD.
There is a private sandy beach and four docks. Guests are welcome to use our rowboats, paddle boats, and canoe.
The Lake Sunapee - Dartmouth region of New Hampshire has much to offer. Area summer activities include boating, beaches, golf, tennis, museums, hiking, summer theater, band concerts, fishing, country auctions, sailing and more. You're also just "across the lake" from the League of N.H. Craftmen's Fair held in August. This is the oldest and one of the most prestigious crafts fairs in the nation.
There is plenty to do in the Fall, Winter and Spring, too. Fall foliage in this area is superb, as is the skiing in the Winter. Mt. Sunapee Ski Area is less than a 15 minute drive.
Georges Mills is an easy drive via Interstate from Boston, Hartford, or New York.
